Delete your CeevTech Brokers account
CeevTech Brokers is an app by CeevTech that insurance brokerages use to manage their clients, policies, accounting and renewals. You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by contacting us.
Delete from the app
- Open CeevTech Brokers and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account and read what will be deleted.
- We send a confirmation code by SMS to your registered mobile number. Enter it and tap Delete account.
What happens
Every deletion has a 30-day grace period. Your account is switched off at once and you are signed out on every device.
- Staff member (or an owner when the brokerage has another owner): only your own account is closed. The brokerage keeps working as before.
- Brokerage owner (the only owner): the whole brokerage is closed — every staff account loses access at the same time. Export your data first if you need a copy (Settings → Subscription → Export all my data).
Changed your mind?
Sign in again within the 30 days and the app offers to restore your account, with everything as it was. For a brokerage, only the owner who asked for the deletion can restore it this way; other staff should ask that owner to sign in (or contact CeevTech).
After 30 days
The account is permanently closed. Nobody can sign in to it again, and its mobile number can no longer be used to sign in or to create a new account — to use CeevTech Brokers again, sign up with a different mobile number.
What is kept
Insurance brokerages must keep their client, policy and accounting records. For that reason the records of a closed account (clients, policies, accounting, documents and activity logs) are kept in closed form: they are no longer visible or usable by anyone in the app, are not shared with anyone, and are protected as described in our privacy policy.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot use the app, ask the brokerage owner or contact CeevTech from the mobile number registered on the account:
